Anxiety-Increases energy levels and reduces fatigue.

Evidence summary
Fleming et al. (1) conducted a Meta-analysis and found the following results: significant, large, heterogeneous reductions in feelings of fatigue (Δ=0.93, 95%CI: 0.21, 1.66; z=2.52, p≤0.012; N=3, n = 161). And demonstrated a significant, large, heterogeneous increase in feelings of energy (Δ = 1.49, 95%CI: 0.67, 2.30; z = 3.57, p < 0.001; N = 2, n = 116).

Conclusion
Physical activity can improve fatigue and increase energy levels, further high quality RCTs are required.
